Sale Search

We request a retainer fee (from £500) at the beginning of a search which is fully deductible from final success fee*.

*The success fee (from 1%-1.5% minimum £4,000) of the purchase price and is payable on completion or within 21 day after exchange of contracts whichever is sooner

Rental search

We request a retainer fee (from £400) at the beginning of a search which is fully deductible from final success fee*.

*The success fee from 1 month’s rent (minimum fee £2,000) and payable on the signing of tenancy agreement

 

Selling your property

A sale fee from 1% -1.5% of the purchase price and is payable on completion or within 21 day after exchange of contracts whichever is sooner.

 

Renting your property

Letting fee is from 10% of the annual rent and is payable on the signing of the tenancy agreement.

 

Concierge services

Our concierge services are unique and tailor made depending on your needs so fees are agreed on case to case basis. For example: A life style management membership is £500 a month (covers 20 hours work) which is paid in advance (monthly). Extra hours are charged at £25 an hour.

 

Property Investment, property management and development projects

Fees are based on a personal quotation.

 

Any travel expenses are paid separately.
